Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice of cancellation is required otherwise a cancellation fee will apply. This fee is not rebateable. If the first appointment is not attended or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice no further appointments will be offered.
We are flexible if an unavoidable emergency arises.
